The Context
The project aimed to develop an application design for a Video on Demand (VOD) platform, catering to a diverse audience ranging from young individuals to families with varying tastes, interests, and income levels.
The Problem
The challenge was to create a user-friendly and visually appealing interface that would not only represent the brand effectively but also enhance the overall user experience within the competitive VOD market.
The Objective
The primary objective was to design an application interface that would streamline content discovery and viewing for users of all demographics, ultimately increasing engagement and satisfaction levels. This required conducting thorough research, including internal ideation workshops, desk research, interviews, tests, and surveys, to gain insights into user behaviors and preferences within the VOD space.
